It’s important to get your body prepared for a day of snowboarding so you don’t pull anything and suffer a stupid and unnecessary injury. Most riders do static stretching before they ride, which is not very helpful and almost counter productive. You want to get the body warmed up, joints, ready and body prepared and the best way to do that is with dynamic stretching.
